Just went to grab 2 coffees at Macca's Williamstown as tonight we experienced an unexpected power outage in our suburb, and I was craving my caffeine. Placed an order for 2 coffees at 8:30pm exactly (according to my receipt). Very few people in the restaurant itself however a lot of focus on the huge amount of cars in the drive-through. At 8:57 I decided to ask the person who appeared to be the manager about my 2 coffees as there was no sign of activity at the McCafe counter. 27 minutes I had to wait for 2 coffees!!!! And ONLY 27 minutes because I asked. Thing is you can't even blame the personnel as it was clear they were understaffed. I grew up with MacDonald's and until recently I would fight anyone who would say other fast-food chains are better. I have to admit though, Macca's you have lost your magic touch that I got to experience as a kid. No more Macca'a Williamstown for me.

They can’t get it right. Drive thru tonight was 4 small Big Mac meals. We arrive home to 4 burgers, 4 waters and 3 chips. Sigh. I can’t go back and fight it. It’s not our first negative experience (because everyone has bad days) but it is our first public feedback

This mcdonalds just keeps getting worse and worse. The staff are incredibly rude and try to rush everything as quickly as possible. Good luck getting hot fresh food that isn't a mess. Also, no tomato means exactly what it says. Good back to school and learn to read please.

I was driving past McDonald’s and ducked in to use the toilet. After finishing my business, I went to wipe and discovered that there was no toilet paper. I was frustrated but thought to myself, this sometimes happens. I waited for the cubicle next-door to free up before scurrying over and also discovering there was no toilet paper. Not only that, but there was no toilet paper holder in the cubicle either. (See attached photo). I was forced to pull my pants up and walk across the hallway into the disabled toilet where believe it or not, there was also no toilet paper either (See other attached photo with poorly taken care of toilet needing repair). I then had to make the walk of shame to get some napkins and head back to the toilet to finally clean myself up. Not impressed McDonalds.

Upon receiving my order at the drive thru I asked the woman. ‘Is that everything’?. She replied ‘Yes’. Drove home. Emptied the bag and sure enough the burger was missing. I went back and spoke to the ‘manager’ and he checked if the burger was still there (from half an hour ago).Then he had the burger made and gave it to me. I said: ‘Is that it?’ Answer was: ‘ yes, that’s it.’ So, there was no apology, no compensation for lost time and effort. This is what poor customer service is at McDonald’s in North Williamstown. Never going back again!
