I had to give it one star as I had no option to click no stars! We bought 2 fillet fish burgers which were slapped together like a dog's breakfast. The tartar sauce was inside the box, not in the burgers and they tasted very ancient and fishy. Went home feeling horribly sick and two hours later, still unwell, which is why I had to give a review. We will never return to this set up. An absolute farce and poor excuse for a take away. JUST WANT TO WARN OTHERS. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

I have recently bought Mac chicken today and few times before , and it was disappointing. The Mac chicken was dry, no no mayo, no lettuce .Hope the quality will improve and the staff to be trained as it is not the first time.

The worst service ever, bunch of kids working sitting on their phone pretending like no one is at the counter. Had old lady in front of me patiently waiting 15 minutes for someone to attend as she can’t do self serve. Line became big and still no one cared untill I have called a manager for her. No sorry no nothing just “hi” . Rubbish everywhere , tables super dirty. Asked for table service that was refused due to being “too busy”

Place had rubbish around the place. Staff were only in the kitchen and drive thru with no one out front or in the restaurant. McCafe is gone. Only 1 register, but numerous self order terminals. Lots of counter space has patches to cover holes from removed equipment and the place looks a bit lower in quality and less vibrant.
