Unpleasant and sour staff working here. inconsistent coffee orders. sometimes it’s alright. sometimes it’s terrible. the matcha is bad. I tried to give them a chance as it’s conveniently located but no more. On my last visit, I ordered an iced coffee (and the truffle cheese toastie) first, the barista with an Asian appearance gave me a hot coffee in a plastic cup? when I questioned her about it she was unhelpful and rude insisting that the order was correct. I didn’t have time so I just took it and left. Then I go to heat the toastie up for lunch, I open it and it has mold on the cheese. Disgusting. Never again! This place is truly awful. If you want good coffee go to the dusty fox cafe, 5 min drive from here.

This place is sick!! Stopped in for a coffee ended up having a quick bite as well. The coffee was excellenté deliciouso - brought to you with a side of water, the way it’s supposed to be. I had a Caprese style veggie toasty sandwich which was well built. It surprised my tastebuds- very very good indeed 👌!! St.Ali Coffee Roasters port Melbourne is a hidden gem, well worth the visit

Looked forward to buying coffee here after working nearby previously but not being able to then, and had heard good things about it. It was ...... okay, I guess. No atmosphere there to speak of. Place was far from busy but it took quite some time for my coffee to be made. Coffee (latte) was average - bit watery, not full flavoured. The 'large' was not large at all and it cost $7 for the privilege. Had a dark chocolate raspberry muffin as well, which was rather good. Would I go back for coffee there again? No. Which is kinda disappointing considering they're roasting it right there. Would I go back for a muffin there? Yes, but there's other places around to get a better coffee so I'd go there instead.

Happy with the coffee again. "Was Great coffee in the Port Melbourne area!!! Finally I found the best coffee here!! It is an unusual cafe with roasting facilities view!!"

Asked whether a Taste of different beans is possible, just to get a response of “no it’s not”. The beans I bought came in a damaged bag which could not be sealed since the seal detached from one side. Also I placed an online order which did not specify that I had to collect within business hours which are between 7am-2pm, Mo-Fr. What person working full time could make that time for pick up? Terrible shopify ordering system.
