This busy neighbourhood restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and takeout options. The menu includes all the usual Vietnamese offerings. The fried silken tofu with green mango and herbs is a delight. Perfect tofu, crisply deep fried balanced with the green mango salad. Bao with crispy pork belly and lemongrass chicken were both tasty but the pork belly was a little dry. Add stir fry dishes, red and green curries, pho and noodle soups and you get a sense of the breadth of the menu. They have a well stocked bar and cocktail list.

Last night I had my Christmas party reunion dinner for 12 people at Hanoi Mee restaurant rouse.I was so impressed from the start of the function to the very end .
The table was set up so nicely with Christmas decorations organised by the amazing owner Ennis and the food and service was truly amazing .I cannot fault anything .Every one had different orders and truly every single dish could be rated 10/10 for presentation ,quality,quantity and exquisite taste .No wonder I keep coming back .The pricing is reasonable too.
The owner and staff go far and beyond all expections.I cannot report any disappointment.The ambience is incredible also and so busy but due to their professionalism I cannot fault the service .Truly this restaurant is a 5 in my books .

If you're craving Vietnamese food in the Port Melbourne area, Hanoi Mee Kitchen & Bar is a solid choice. The food was decent I enjoyed my meal, though I’ve had better elsewhere. Still, the flavours were satisfying, and the presentation was great.
What really stands out is the vibe , it's a great spot for dinner and drinks, with a stylish setting and a relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again. Worth checking out if you're nearby and in the mood for modern Vietnamese food.

I’ve gotten takeaway from here a couple of times (I got the Mekong curry) and really enjoyed it. A big serving that lasts a couple of meals. However, ate in for the first time the other night and really enjoyed the food.
It was all great however really loved the confit salmon in sesame cone and the crispy baby snapper 💛

Delicious food but in small portions. Dessert is extremely sweet, feel like they accidentally drop whole sugar box inside 😅
