I rarely eat KFC, and my mum is here visiting at the moment for Christmas. So she wanted to order something that was her favourite and it sounded nice to me. It was the 6 original tender strip's x 2. One for each of us, I was actually so excited but once they cooled down a bit I ate my firat one. Someone must have salted them 4x the normal amount. Mum also tried hers and they were the same. We couldn't eat them and wound up throwing them away. So disappointing because they smelt amazing.

Felt compelled to write a review after being disappointed many times. Countless times are the orders short changed - often 4 tenders instead of 5. A missing bread role. It's too often to be a coincidence. Always when the staff (kids) are mucking around and not paying attention. Not enough management there late at night on Quality control. Always check your order.

Atmosphere-Where is the manager?
A male staff member from the back could be heard loudly swearing the F-word the whole time.
There was obviously some need of leadership needed.
The person serving me was not concerntrating had to ask me three times for a simple order.
I had to ask for my drink, the sauces and napkins.
Food was okay, Chips could be a little warmer

To the young lad who took the orders at drive through on Thursday 4 September, how clear, polite and efficient he was. Then the second lad at the payment window and the girl at the food window. It was 12.30 pm and they were all just the most wonderful staff you could possibly employ! Congratulations to the three of them.

Today I was served by a gorgeous young lady at the front corner. She was brunette and very accommodating. She deserves praise and a raise!!
