Enjoyed the movie 3D Avatar 3: Fire & Ash at Palace Cinemas. I love their way to deliver the movie which has a window with a laser projector located on top of the cinema room. This is my first time to have an experience with this tradition way of movie delivery. 👍🏻

It looks absolutely fantastic after the refurbishments. The entrance is at the top of the stairs. The carpet and decor have been given a stylish uplift. The movie cinemas have reclining seats, great sound and pictures. All my old favourites are served, including popcorn, choctops, extra big wine glass, and water. Can’t wait to go to my next movie.

Went to a movie in cinema 7 tonight. We thought the movie was never going to start - so many ads! Never ending! Also they kept the lights on during the entire screening and the way they’ve got the lights mounted on the wall means they shine directly into your eyes.

Having just returned from abroad where customer service is a priority, our ‘Wicked’ the movie matinee was a masterclass in the opposite.
The theatre was arctic. A polite request for adjustment was met with an airy “No problem”—a promise as empty as the warmth in the room. A young family nearby resorted to layering up.
Persistence led only to a boy manager's decree: a made-up “industry standard” temperature could not be altered, lest others be discomforted. The irony of ones visible discomfort was lost on him.
We spent the performance in a slow freeze, finally beginning to thaw towards the end of 2 hr 40min movie.
Good movie; service a wicked disappointment.

Nice treatment from staff at reception, good movie. But disgusting treatment from a self-serving officious centre security guard (no 06) who stole our locked bicycles, placed well out of the way, and dragged them out to dump them in the street. Never been treated SO badly by this ghoul when we asked what had happened to our bikes.
I will NEVER come back here to view any movies. If you travel by bicycle, AVOID like the plague.
