● Jan 2026 ● 3 stars 🌟🌟🌟 This is how I feel overall for the experience at Yaki Jin Kew East. We went for our anniversary and requested a highchair and space for pram in our booking. We got there and the table wasn't prepared but luckily there was a space to next to the table. It was Friday night so understandably busy and crowded. Food was good but limited dishes. Also, some dishes weren't quite good. For example, fried chicken ribs taste funny like it's a bit off so we didn't eat it. Gyoza was wet at the bottom and tagoyaki was a bit gluggy. Wagyu was quite good and sushi was good as well but I wish there was more varieties. Service was okay, a little bit slow during busy hours but understandable. I think it's worth the money so you can try them out. Thank you for your service.

Unlimited Wagyu Beef Yakiniku, Katsu, Salads, and a variety of other entrees for AUD 50! Fresh seafoods, and good quality meat. Not bad at all! They also serve complimentary tea upon request too! Very friendly service from the staffs ☺️ 🍣πŸ₯©

The make-to-order buffet offers delicious and hot food. The quality is good and after you’ve finished eating don’t forget to ask for dessert. The sesame ice cream was particularly tasty. Need to book before come.

You have to book in advance. There are a lot of customers and the restaurant is quite noisy. The smell of grilled meat is wafting through the air. This branch also has grilled meat, which is good. The meat is delicious. As for the raw fish, I didn't like it that much, especially the salmon carpaccio, which was a scary bright pink. As for the fried food and sushi, it was still okay. I think the other branch is better.

Great value all you can eat for $50 pp, plus BYO drinks. We enjoyed a great variety of items including wagyu, chicken katsu, various sushis, chicken skewers, miso eggplant, karaage chicken, pork dumplings and tofu. Didn't feel rushed at all and service was very prompt.
