Well, what to say. My whole family love KFC, no matter where on earth we travel, we eat KFC.
This particular store is very impressive, dirtiest store K ever visit.
The service and food are fine, up to standard. But cleanliness is definitely fail!
Eventhough its not that busy at 6pm Sunday, the store is not ready for dinner. Tables are not clean, trays have no liner.
Especially, baby chair is extremely dirty!
The shift manager seriously did not do his/her job!

I came in and got a popcorn chicken go bucket but when I got it, it was a disappointingly small portion. I have had this before, and the portion was much larger. The service was okay, and the place was quite clean.

As a fairly regular KFC customer, I can say that it is generally my preference over other fast food chains. However, this particular experience has single handedly made me doubt its reliability. My order was placed around 11:30am on the 17/11/25. During my waiting time these school girls walked in, whilst in school uniform and were served before me, (a large chips each, free of charge.) Given the chatting and free meal, I assume they were friends of the two girls working. Meanwhile, my colleague, who had ordered at the same time as me, had been waiting 10 minutes for me to receive mine, delayed due to the gifted food being provided in between our orders. Once my order was finally completed, it was placed on the counter without my name being called out, so I had to assume it was my order. Good riddance that it was... or was it?... The chicken tasted like a hash brown infused with cheese and there were only 9 nuggets despite my order of 10. My colleague agreed that the nuggets tasted off. I am bewildered by the lack of care in the service and have never had such poor quality KFC in my life before. Consequently, I've had the displeasure of voicing my frustrations in this review and wasting my time by doing so. It was not finger lickin' good, it was finger wipin' bad.

Ordered via the kfc app. Paid for items that were not in the bag. 1 item is excusable but 3 items? Come on.
Missing dinner rolls.
Missing chips.
Missing tomato sauce.
Am just giving free money to KFC Balwyn at this point it seems...

We visited the Bawlyn white horse road KFC today. What we get is wrong sauce for burgers and popcorn chicken missing. The chips are so cold and soft. We have to waste time to come from home again to change them. I know it’s a new shop but looks really bad cleaning situation on the floor and messy management.
