A True Gem for Families & Pizza Lovers in Kew! What an absolutely fantastic first-time experience at Dawson Bar & Grill! Our friends, who are quite frequent Friday night regulars, brought us along, and we can now see why they love this place. We came as a group with four kids all under four years old, and despite the potential chaos, we genuinely had a great time. (And to the restaurant, our sincere apologies if the kids got a bit loud by the end!) The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed family dinner, and the staff were incredibly patient and accommodating. The food was a major highlight, especially the Lamb Pizza. I've never had lamb on a pizza before, and it was a revelation – truly delicious and a flavour combination I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting. Dawson Bar & Grill is the kind of place that manages to serve up amazing food while also being a welcoming space for families, even with a rowdy toddler crew. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Had a delicious fungi pizza at Dawsons. The toppings fresh and full of flavour, and the base was perfect. Accompanied by a nice Shiraz. Highly recommend.

Casual Saturday lunch for a family birthday, including a vegan and a gluten free fodmap relative. They were easily accommodated. Margherita pizza, cacio e pepe pasta, calamari, grain salad and sides were all great. Generous serve of tiramisu would easily feed 3, good gelato. All accompanied by a bottle of Italian prosecco and good coffee, the bill was around $280 for 5 people. Excellent value.
