One of the best kept McDonald’s in the area for a dine in experience. We have come here a few times now for brunch between 10-1130. Usually at this time the restaurant is still very clean, tables wiped down all, staff very friendly and the general vibe is pleasant. The playground is also quite nice for young kids.
Overall a great family friendly McDonald’s, and the staff and managers here seem better than average.
It is busy though so once in a while it will not be up to its usual standards (more dirty than usual, staff not as polite), but overall this McDonald’s sets a higher standard than others and is very pleasant.

This is the first time I have seen something like this and I have worked in the fast food industry as a supervisor for almost 7 years, I opened the perfectly sealed uber eats bag and then open the McDonald’s bag to see a hash brown that looks like someone has taken a bite of it and threw it in the bag with the rest of the food, I assume someone took a bite out of it because the missing part of the hash brown isn’t in the bag and it also didn’t come with a wrapper…

Must have recently changed hands. Huge cues in the double drive-thru food not being what's ordered. When you ask, did they include something? They just say yes and then you find out it hasn't. When you go back later. No apology. No nothing. Just a silly manager

They seem to have the worst hygiene. I ordered food from Uber Eats and saw it fried with bugs in hash browns. It's horrible to think about.

Visited this Macca's on the 22/11/25 at around 8.30 pm. Firstly the service is very poor especially from the first girl in the drive through, rude with no customer service skills. Second drive through girl assured me that my food was fresh, as I had asked drive through to make it all fresh. When I got my food it was cold and the burger had so much tomatoe sauce splattered over the burger that I had to go back in. When I into the restaurant the Indian dude working looked at me and just turned his back on me, even though it was obvious I was returning my food. Somebody alerted him to the fact that a customer was waiting so he reluctantly turned around and I told him that my food was cold. The second batch that was made for me was equally as cold, the fries had been sitting there for ages and were even colder than the first order. Disgusting food, appalling customer service and i suggest the manager starts recruiting new staff who knows what they are actually doing and smile occasionally!
