worth the queuing. amazing puff pastry š„ loved their savoury croissant š§š„ and pain au chocolat š«š„.
i tried their rhubarb tart and also bought a sourdough loaf! superb.
the winner is the croissant though.

A friend took me here and oh my god it was so good. Insane baked goods, I loved all of it. Coffee was so good and I loved the vibes!

A neighbourhood gem hidden in an alleyway behind Sydney Rd. Staff are super friendly and keen to help. All the goods are clearly made fresh on the day and taste like it.
Kouign-amann
Flavour: S, 8/10. First time trying this pastry. A bit sweet for me but definitely quite indulgent.
Texture: SS, 9/10. Really loved the flaky and buttery croissant-like base. The caramelized crust on top can be a little hard but otherwise nice

Mushroom danish
Flavour: SS, 9/10. Really well balanced filling which was not too salty and complimented the buttery pastry

This place has the baked goods you are looking for. OSB products are vast and incredible and vary depending on the day of the week. If I lived closer Iād probably visit every day to sample all their delicious sweet and savoury offerings. Sourdoughs are perfection. The Kouign Amman was AMAZING!

Was pleasantly surprised to have an amazing baking spread! Clearly they make their own bread here so everything tastes fresh and light and beautiful. Coffee was pretty amazing too!!
