I usually enjoy ordering the avo spicy toast from GYG — most of the time it’s very good. But today the bread was not toasted at all and the avocado wasn’t spread properly. This is the third time I’ve had this issue (though not in a row). I really like GYG and hope the consistency can be improved because when it’s made well, it tastes great.

I rarely ever post bad reviews but in this instance I need to.I ordered 2 burritos and fries on the side for pick up (I live only a few mins away). The meat was burnt, food was cold and tasteless. This was the worst experience I have ever had at GYG. For the price paid, it was extremely disappointing. I expected much better

I just want to express my gratitude for this simply lovely young man who served me at gyg tonight . He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the menu and business but simultaneously served me with compassion and kindness.

Picking up order for uber and took them 20 mins to prepare it while I saw them taught new guy and play along with the coffee machine. Cmon man, we didn’t get paid waiting and that uber tablet has rang a lot which indicates late preparation time

Food was amazing but service was a little unpleasant with the young man serving. He kept talking to other workers whilst serving us and then proceeded to hit on my friend whilst we ordered. I don’t know his name but he had frosted tips and got called Chris or a name like that.
Other than this interaction it was great and we had some lovely food.
