El Jannah Chicken in Melbourne is hands down the most tasty and delicious chicken I’ve ever had! The meat is perfectly cooked β€” juicy, flavorful, and packed with that signature charcoal-grilled taste that keeps you wanting more. Their sides are just as impressive β€” from the crisp fries and fresh salads to the tangy pickles and tasty pocket sandwiches, everything complements the chicken perfectly. The portions are generous, the food comes out fast, and the whole place has a lively, welcoming vibe. If you love great food and authentic flavor, El Jannah is an absolute must-try. I taste tested it three days in a row and can’t wait to go back!

Chips were seasoned well. Every thing was hot and fresh. Spicy crispy burger ( breast piece ) tasted bland.

Absolutely disgusting the store was an absolute pigsty including the kitchen. After letting the staff member know this place is filthy. All I got was a sorry no effort to clean up or do anything. Just a sorry would think that that would be enough if I was the franchise owner I would be embarrassed I could only imagine how they would be in food preparation and sanitary safety Just to let you all know I paid attention to see if there were staff members available doing nothing and there were two staff members that were not doing much

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with El Jannah. I ordered a whole chicken to take away, and when I got home, I noticed the bag was leaking oil. Not just a little bit, but a significant amount that ended up damaging the interior seat of my car. The chicken itself was okay, but the hassle and cost of cleaning my car definitely outweigh any enjoyment I got from the meal. I hope El Jannah improves their packaging to prevent this from happening to other customers.

First time came to El Jannah after listening to so many reviews. We had their crispy fried chicken and crispy chicken burger. It was perfectly crispy from outside, tender from inside....but I found it was too salty! Either this batch had too much chicken powder or msg or salt in it....not sure what it was but the fried chicken pieces were saltier than normal! The gravy that comes along was so tasty....super delicious gravy!! The burger was amazing!! Here the crispy chicken was Well balanced by the sauces they added i guess...it was better than KFC and I loved every bite. Meal was hot and fresh...quick service as well...not a long wait time. They have unbeatable prices as well... 5 pcs of crispy fried chicken (big pieces) for $16 and $10.50 for burger. The tables were not clean... they have limited staff it seems...leftovers were on the tables even after customers had gone.
