Marmara Halal Meats

I am extremely disappointed with Marmara Halal Meats based on repeated personal experiences. On multiple occasions, including recently, I received meat that was discoloured and appeared close to spoiling or rotten, which is very concerning given the serious health risks of spoiled meat. I was also given cheaper diced beef in the past instead of stir-fry beef while being charged full price. Although the shop is currently listed as temporarily closed, they continue operating through online orders from a factory location. In my experience, the person dealing with customers there is extremely rude, aggressive, and dismissive—raising his voice and making customers feel uncomfortable, as if they are asking for charity rather than paying customers. Prices are high compared to other shops, yet the quality and customer service I encountered were very poor. As a halal butcher relied upon by the local community, this is unacceptable.

Very good versatile super market with lots of middle eastern and south East Asian specialists foods ingredients collection along with good range of butchers and Bakery products. During our visit received a great customer service from Adam in the Pastry Bakery section. Adam went and beyond to assist with our needs and assist us with our bulk shopping needs, thank you Adam 😊 🙏 ☺ 😀 👍 Parking may be slightly challenging during the busy days, otherwise really good super market with descent price maybe not the cheapest but reasonably priced and quality products.

Won’t be going to Marmara anymore and will source another butcher and super market after not just one but two mouldy items in my order. First, the burger patties were unavailable so no problem. Second, when I opened the Turkish beef salami, it had white fungus growing. Thirdly, when I opened garlic, it had thick green mould.

I hope the new place has all new staff that is more professional, nicer, not rude & know exactly what they are doing. Also It would be great if the products weren't expired & the store kept cleaned. All that would help alot.
