McDonald's Noble Park

Visited the store on New Year Eve... Store is crowded. My order got skipped but when my kids ask, the manager apologize and prepare the meal right away. This is what i called great customer service. Realise the mistake and apologize. Not like the McDonald at cnr heatherton and springvale. This McD is the worst ever McDonald I have ever been to. The manager also the worst ever manager i have ever met.

I always ask for a warm coffee.. I always receive a very hot coffee, so I have to wait for it to cool down a bit.. Service was quick. Other times, I have to wait a good 10 minutes to receive my (food) order

I used the drive through to buy 2 coffees. Firstly they served all the cars in the other lane while I sat at the speaker waiting to order. I ordered and paid and was asked to wait in the waiting bay. They then brought out a bag of food which was not mine. I eventually got my coffees and when I got home they'd put the sweetener in the wrong coffee so I couldn't drink it. What an awful experience!

Chips were hot which was grate however serves is slow and out door play ground was filthy all chair out side covered in bird poop and very dirty no tables had been wiped down and cleaned. Not nice when you take little ones to have a play with lunch.

would give 0 stars if i could. ordered and iced latte and they tried to give me a hot one. then told us to park so they could “re make it”. all those incompetent mccafé staff did was pour hot coffee over ice. completely incompetent & should stick the deep fryers.
