McDonald’s is always a reliable place for a quick meal. The food is consistent, tasty, and served fresh most of the time. The staff are friendly and usually handle orders quickly, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and good for families. Sometimes the drive-thru can get crowded, but overall, service is efficient and organized. A great spot for a fast bite or coffee on the go.

Disgusting 🤮 putrid, the entire store was dirty starting from the outside. Staff stood around doing nothing. I went to use the bathroom, what can I say I was dry reaching of the stench. One toilet was dirty and had no toilet (disability)paper. The other toilet was a mix male and female combination. As you walk in it had an open urinal and a cubical closed toilet. If your a female and you walk in the urinal is open so if a man was using it you will be able to see him at action. I was dry reaching and the stench of urine was making me feel sick. I reported this to the staff that had nothing to say, while I was leaving there were other customers complaining about how dirty the place was and another complaint getting charged extra which would take days for her refund to go through. I will never again go to this place the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered from DoorDash from this McDonald’s and I was missing $40 worth of food and DoorDash refused to give me a refund. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to!

Imagine being in a rush and being so starving you treat yourself to a bacon and egg muffin! Expecting the usual quality which McDonald’s are known for!! Fresh cheese, bacon and egg. Couldn’t even chew the muffin! $6 for a cold hard rock! Be better McDonald’s Dandenong! You should be ashamed
