I came here just 10 minutes ago and with my order I also got a large Fanta it tasted like they also added sparkling water. It was horrible. I had to throw it out of the window. And then as soon as I get home, I see that my barbecue Angus burger was all sloppy

The worst team who don’t know how to serve food. Ridiculous fillet o fish. Tartar sauce poured outside the bun in one burger. Other one had fillet half way sticking out.

My partner and I went through the drive through and ordered two large cheese burger meals, a large fries and a soft serve.
My partner looked at the screen and saw the large fries wasn’t added and asked whether it was to confirm and you guys said yes.
We got our order, checked it and saw the chips missing and wasn’t on the receipt.
After going around again, ordering and getting home, we realised we were charged for the soft serve but didn’t even get it.

Awesome! Every chance we get when we’re down this way, we always stop at this McDonald’s store. We have visited here a few times now. This particular store is very consistent with its welcoming and friendly, efficient customer service. Food is great - delicious, hot and well prepared and the coffee too is just so fantastic. Sparkling clean and tidy as are the amenities. Well done to this team. A really good store to visit - thank you

Hi, as for context I usually go to the McDonald’s at Perry rd and Cheltenham. I ordered a matcha latte not long ago. I waited 40 minutes?!!!! Turns out my order was forgotten and this is surprisingly not the first time. My orders are simple, some chips and a soft serve but somehow I always have to demand for it to be made. Welcomed to teenagers cussing and being very inappropriate. Moreover my mother got laughed and made fun of by two Asian girls in the morning because she wanted some hash browns and wasn’t aware the breakfast menu was over. Not everybody is aware of everything! Imagine wanting to take a nice quick meal and starting off your morning with humiliation. They must be hiring everyone at this point. I can’t believe how such simple manners are slipped under the table. Do you guys even read nor take change in the industry anymore for your customers?
Update: I recently reviewed about my fliet o fish burger after my mother was laughed at for being unaware the breakfast menu was over. How’d you feel to be laughed at by some teenage girls? Check out this photo because this is ridiculous. I demand a change in your training by making sure your standards are as high as you believe.
