If l could give no stars l would every time l go in the girl is on her phone and doesn’t even say hello.Ordered barista coffee to wait while she serves others,talked on her phone and l waited 20 minutes for one coffee and it was rubbish. Finally someone else came out and he didn’t know how to make coffee either. Absolute joke don’t sell it if you can’t make it. You are close to my work but l won’t be coming back that’s the third time it has happened🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

i’ve been using the service station for a couple of years.
Saw the price the other day of gas and pulled to take a photo. Some random guy I don’t know if he was the owner or the gardener came up and tried to block me taking a photo. He then told me why was I taking the photo when I explained it was funny he didn’t seem to have a personality or a sense of humour and pointed over at the other side that was correct.So instead of me just posting about it I made a TikTok. I hope he finds it. I also hope you’re going to personality because he was lacking in the customer service industry.

Bought a Mrs Macs Pastie from this petrol station, the inside of the pasty was taken out and the filling of a sausage roll installed. The both were burnt.. I'm pretty sure Mrs Macs don't sell their items like that..

For 7 days a week for months we go here to get fuel and coffee …. Shame every day the console operator male lazy sitting on his ear pods chatting to people never fills milk or coffee up so many of us customers never get our coffee here at United any more due to laziness so we don’t get fuel either any more my husband ask on so many occasions to please fill milk and they won’t do it ?
Management need to get better staff your loosing customers a lot people talk

It's a big fuel station with food amenities but they don't have a washroom for the customers. It's quite disappointed.
