Hungry Jack’s always hits the spot! The burgers are tasty and fresh, and the chips are always crispy and hot. Service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the order took a few extra minutes, but overall a great experience and definitely worth coming back for a quick and satisfying meal!

HUNGRY JACK'S KANSAS CITY WHOPPER 100% lives up to the HYPE, and I very highly recommend the next time you are in Keysborough especially if you are visiting Parkmore shopping centre, you absolutely MUST visit Parkmore Hungry Jack's (located right next to Parkmore shopping centre)!
THANK YOU so much to absolutely everyone from the Parkmore Hungry Jack's team from both my friend/godfather Peter and I for the FANTASTIC large Double Kansas City Whopper combos AND the fast friendly service we received during our latest visit so many hours earlier today on Friday October 24th 2025. We both deeply appreciate all of it! After that we did a takeaway of another Double Kansas Whopper that Peter took home to his wife, she enjoyed it as much as we did and gives deepest thanks and gratitude!
So sorry to the Parkmore Hungry Jack's team to take this long to type and post new 5-star Google review - I have no excuse no matter how occupied I was for the rest of the - but I promise Peter, his wife and I are all nothing less than 100% grateful for absolutely everything I mentioned!

Parkmore Hungry Jack's in terms of food, service and atmosphere is the GOLD STANDARD for not only only all other Hungry Jack's restaurants but both all other fast food restaurants and all other burger restaurants both chain and independent ones! Especially for your burger cravings, Peter and I can't recommend these highly enough and we both are so looking forward to visiting again! Including their manager, the entire Parkmore Hungry Jack's team deserve every reward and acknowledgement from Hungry Jack's HQ for always delivery 100%:customer satisfaction for both Peter and I as well as his wife! They are the absolute BEST.

They forgot to include my free glass when i ordered thru uber eats. I chose hungry jacks coz i am trying to collect all 4. Incomplete order received and poorly packaged.
I called the store and said i can collect it in the store whenever i can drop by. Thanks to the staff who answered my call.
I will change to 4 star when i receive it. 😁

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Hungry Jack’s. This is not the first time we’ve had issues — it has happened 3–4 times now. Every time, we end up receiving cold food and have to go back to get it replaced.
Last time, we waited around 45 minutes for our order. When we finally got our burgers, they were cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and it looked like the food had been taken straight from the fridge.
When we went back to get our order fixed, the customer service was extremely poor. There was an Indian female staff member working on Sunday around midnight, and her behaviour was very rude. There were no greetings, no “hello” or “thank you,” and her facial expressions made us feel unwelcome. When we explained that our food was cold and that we didn’t order fries, she looked annoyed and didn’t communicate properly at all.
Overall, the long wait times, cold food, and unprofessional customer service are really disappointing. We hope management takes this seriously and improves both the food quality and staff behaviour.

Hello,
I placed an online order and showed my order number when I arrived, but I wasn’t given any instruction to wait or an update on the preparation.
After waiting over 10 minutes, I asked about my order again. The staff member continued looking at the screen and speaking with colleagues, and only then passed the order to the kitchen, without any explanation or acknowledgement.
I understand delays can happen, but a brief response or update would be appreciated.
I often visit this store because it is cleaner and the food quality is better than other Hungry Jack’s locations, so improving communication would make the experience even better.
