Had my daughter’s 18th celebration in the Glass Room. Paul was great to deal with in organising the day. He was very flexible and made sure we were comfortable. The room was set up beautifully and he even arranged a personal Mini menu which included a signature cocktail named after my daughter and in her favourite colour. The staff on the day were very friendly and attentive and the food was AMAZING!!!! I cannot thank Paul and the staff enough for making my daughters 18th celebration such a great day.

We celebrated my daughter’s baptism at One Fusion in Bundoora, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The function space was absolutely beautiful — stylish, spacious, and welcoming. The food presentation was great and the food was even better, especially the wood fire pizza’s yum!! . Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was!
The service was exceptional — the staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, which made the day feel seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, the team made sure every detail was taken care of. Thank you for helping make this special occasion truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for any event!

I just had the most amazing meal at that fusion restaurant! Their pasta was cooked perfectly, with a delightful sauce that just melted in my mouth. The bruschetta was equally fantastic, a perfect blend of flavors and textures. I would highly recommend everyone try this restaurant if you have a chance.

Visited with my partner on a Saturday night. Server was attentive and touched base after our starters to ensure we were ready for our mains, which was appreciated. Garlic and cheese pizza was delicious and fresh. Chicken parmigiana was full of flavour, chips were nice and crispy. and the peppercorn gravy with the steak was the best my partner had had. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Bonus points for including useful photos of the different eating areas when aiming for a reservation. Will definitely be returning.

Really nice venue for events and lunches. Loved the separate dining areas that allows for privacy as well as the booth type seating. Everything we ordered was so delicious! We had the meat lovers pizza, carbonara, chicken skewers. Each dish was very flavoursome and cooked well. Definitely a great place to consider to either dine or have a party. They also make a mean lychee Martini.
