I’m a long-time fan of your grilled chicken burritos and quesadillas, but my recent order was completely unacceptable and not edible. chicken in both burrito, and quesdilla was burnt, tough, and had a sharp, bitter, carbonised taste. The photos make it very clear how poorly this order was prepared.
The entire meal was a mess, and I had to throw it straight into the bin — a total waste of my money and time. If this is the standard now, GYG is on the verge of losing loyal customers like me.
I hope someone responsible from management read this and follow this through.

Waited nearly 45 minutes for nachos after ordering from the app. They are more focused on the Drive Thru rather than people who ordered pick up. Also can’t to to the counter to show your pick up number because the uber orders just stand there and don’t move and people can’t get through. Disgraceful, useless and not every customer orientated.

We ordered Quesadillas with Sautéed veggies with Guacamole and cheese but I had a beef piece in it. The cheese wasn’t melted and the quesadillas were cold. We are vegetarians and please be mindful for this again. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !!!!

We experienced an unnecessary delay with our takeaway order, and the staff were extremely rude and inattentive. No one seemed to care about the long wait. When I politely asked for an update, the crew member responded dismissively with, “We don’t cook the food, I really don’t know,” instead of offering any help or explanation. To make matters worse, our order was sitting right in front of her for around 10 minutes without being handed over.
It was only after we asked to speak to the manager that the food was finally handed to us, along with an apology. The manager was very professional.
The crew working there clearly need proper training, as the unnecessary attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
