On Friday night we attended a booking for a birthday dinner. When I was approaching the table I fall down a ramp that I didn’t see and sprained my ankle. When looking back at the ramp the tape on the floor blended into the floor boards and I couldn’t read the “watch your step” tape because it was faded. About 20 minutes after I did that I seen another lady fall and landing on her shoulder, the waiter for that table just looked and didn’t say anything!
Think it’s maybe time to try finding a better solution for the ramp.

Lydia was incredibly helpful as my girlfriend is celiac and vegetarian and wasn’t sure on the gluten free options. She helped her through the entire order and was so lovely to her. Delicious food A+++

Somewhat regulars here, we just love Okami Sunbury. We've never had a bad dish or experience, and any minor comments are always met with appreciation and enthusiasm to do better.
The food is consistently great, delivered quickly even during busy periods, and it's well priced.

We have been dining at a few other okami franchises around melbourne and they have all provided excellent quality of food at great prices however the staff and chefs at okami sunbury deserve to be praised as they have always gone the extra mile with there service.
The experience we had last night was amazing the staff were friendly and you can tell they loved there jobs even though the restaurant was fully booked the meals came out well prepared and quick and super tasty too.
I am confident that with this kind of customer service that they should gain many more happy diners, a full credit to the owners.
