I won’t ever be back in your BP again and will go down to the other BP at Harvest Home Road. I’m not interested to pay money somewhere where your shop assistant wants to go serving the blokes first before me a female, despite him seeing me standing there right in front of him waiting next to pay for my items that I had been waiting a few minutes for. He was there making lattes and looked up twice to motion the customers that they are ready. That’s all good. But when he was finished he goes to serve the two tradies that got to the counter minutes after me. I asked him if he saw me and he said yes. I said to him don’t you think it’s bad customer service then that you just leave me waiting longer and serve others who came after me? He agreed. Do better!!

Girls need to learn how to make a coffee
Asked for extra shot in the coffee but they always put extra milk instead of shot .
This is nearly 10 time with me all the time different girls with no coffee skills

I made an online order through the BPme app for a soy milk hot chocolate because I'm lactose intolerant. As I drove off with my drink and had a sip, it was a COFFEE with REGULAR MILK! Don't go here! They can't even read.

BP wollert has bad fuel, had always gone to the same place for petrol and recently started going to bp wollert as it was on my way to work and easier. A few weeks later my engine started having issues and 3 different mechanics have told me the fuel is to blame, wont be returning to this station.
