Unacceptable behavior from staff. I was treated rudely by an employee who showed a very poor attitude. There was no respect and full of attitude. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service training. Order large ice coffee and was surprised the large coffee was like two sips in it and the rest was only ice cubes full of. And in response staff said this is the way we make it with full attitude towards me, totally disappointing experience.

I had previously spent time at a McDonald's store. The differences were so obvious. For one thickshake the wait was excessive. The men's toilet needed cleaning. It was quiet. Didn't seem to be busy. Lot less car parking. Parking was limited to one hour

They say that the burgers are better here!
Not so after a failed app order and a long drive through wait and a order missing items, the food was stale and the burger was cold. I will be avoiding this place. Thanks hj's I'll be avoiding fast food from now on.

Me and my husband came to this hungry jacks today in the afternoon, it was quite busy but our food was packed neatly and fresh, the place was clean. there was a incident with a guy who was upset with their order and a young girl that was working handled it so well I was impressed. Even though he was being extremely rude she wasn’t scared to correct him. She was being extremely professional and me and my husband were very happy to see how she treated this situation. Would definitely come back

This is the best Hungry Jack's outlet there is in Melbourne. The place has been renovated but the atmosphere is still there. Great food, amazing burgers, good prices. My only suggestion is to not be stingy on the burger toppings and the staff can smile more. Otherwise, 10/10 recommended.
