Visited store on 21/12/2025 early morning for a coffee around 3:25-30:30am. Person working in night shift was very rude. (No name badge) Had similar experience before with same guy. May be has anger management issues and don’t like customer service and has earphone on one of the ears. Mentioned extra hot coffee and added extra shot. When said I cannot have it he took it and threw it in sink as he was upset and had to make another coffee. Management should look into it check cameras and train staff to be polite and train on customer service skills.

These BP toilets are always under maintenance. It feels like they intentionally keep them closed just to avoid cleaning or maintaining them properly. Very disappointing and inconvenient, especially for travellers who rely on these facilities.

My partner and I came here every Sunday just to had my almond hot chocolate and coffee. Niral made the best in town and also she is so sweet .

I don’t know why I keep wanting to see if this gets any better, it doesn’t, it’s so expensive, crap vegetarian options and today I went with sodastream bottles to exchange and they don’t do them. I’m so done with this crap offer, it used to be great.

Don't offer proper amenities. Like I so wanted to use toilets and staff says its closed. While the hours says its open. Ridiculous behaviour.
