My first time dining at Grill’d, l took my grandsons for lunch and l couldn’t fault the food but the service was terrible, our food sat up on the counter for at least 5 minutes and no- one delivered it to our table and they weren’t busy at all, so l went up to the counter and got the cooks attention and asked if that was our order and she said it was, l said it had been sitting there for a while she said she was busy ??? Obviously she was too busy to get the food she had prepared and was waiting for a non existent food runner to run it !! I have worked in hospitality for quite sometime and l was shocked that she had no intention of getting that food to our table and apparently she was the manager !!! Doesn’t set a good example. The food was nice but the lack of service and the attitude was bad. I won’t be returning to this place for that reason.

My friend ordered Snack Sliders, and said they were absolutely fire (picture of them attached). The staff were also suuper nice, my introverted soul actually could talk to him. Also had a Mango Passion Kombucha, which was a plus. The price was definitely a bit expensive, but the burger was absolutely heavenly, so I don't care! Definitely recommended. side note: they gave us a free Raffaello, yummy.

Ordered for take away on a Friday night. By the time we got home to eat and my husband realised that his meal was missing one of the patties (that we’d paid extra for) it was too late to call the store. Call the following day after finishing work and the girl that took my call was lovely and initially apologised and said that was their error and would speak to their manager to confirm if a free burger could be arranged for our next order.
Comes back to say that her manager said they can’t do anything about it since we need to call on the same day, despite me explaining the time of the realisation and the fact that I called as soon as I could the following day.
Pretty disappointing service for someone who frequently orders from grilld- especially considering that this rule or theirs isn’t communicated upon pick up or on the receipt.

The Bayside shop is always visited by me and eat in food is really nice however, have noted that the quality of the food is not same for Take away . I had ordered Sweet potato chips today which is usually crispy and taseful however, it was so soggy full of oil and overly salted even though I specifically requested to put less salt. I am so angry and disappointed and called the shop , complained but apart from a "thank you" no apology or acknowledgement from the guy on the phone, mind you I was just 1 minute away sitting in the car and eating from picking it up, Very disappointed.

Literally the worst Grill’d franchise location I’ve ever been to. Went here to try the new chicken tenders - they’re sold out. Then, can’t order at the table for some reason. Then, the floors were disgustingly dirty with crumbs etc when the store had just opened? Clearly not enough cleaning taking place. The toilets are abysmal. Dark and stinky. The staff eating from a bowl of chips on the top of the counter, at least do it out of sight of customers. Staff lazy & slow to clear tables but reasonably friendly. Would not go back and will also tell others to go to other outlets instead like Karingal.
