Well some mostly all I have delt with at woolworths the district in docklands have been very helpful. When shopping there this week not that I won't help or sympathy I am currently in a wheelchair have been using for a while now I have lung and heart issues. And just came out of hospital from having 2 heart operations, not feeling the greatest anyway was heading to register pushing trolley in my wheelchair and this man which saddens me as I can't spell his name properly VANUTE my oppoliges for this . But he asked to push my trolley to register and I said no I am ok and he insisted and commented we want to look after you as we try to do with all of our customers and I know you are a regular customer of ours which did touch my heart . He handed stuff from my trolley to cashier and I mentioned you have been kind and done enough for me he said he was pleased to do for me then asked for my rewards card which I gave him and I pulled out cash from my wallet to pay VANUTE said no he would pay for my shopping and I said NO NO I have money I can pay in a firm voice but he kept on insisting he would pay its ok put your money back into your wallet you are 1 of our regular customers that support us at woolworths it's our pleasure to be able to help to you . I broke down crying saying 😢 I can do this he then gave me a gentle cuddle saying its ok don't get upset we have done this before to our other loyal customers. And VANUTE did pay for my shopping and want to push trolley for and I said no I will be ok . And went just out of woolworths and cried and cried more as I was so touched and overwhelmed in the way he treated me . I went of to another shop done what I had to do still upset believing I cannot accept this so I went back to woolworths and seen VANUTE and called him to come out and I pulled cash out and told him I can't accept this lovely offer and of course still be cry baby wanted to still pay and of course he refused saying no no and telling me I was a good man and to accept this lovely offer on behalf of me and woolworths for Christmas and the way you support our store . I did accept thank you VANUTE and woolworths. On my way home still crying and of course touched by the lovely words and wishes VANUTE said to me I called woolworths head office and told them the way he assisted me them paying for groceries and comforting me when I was upset and she was also touched about my story as I said I wanted her to pass this onto upper management and she promised me she would. SO AGAIN SPECIAL THANK YOU 😊 TO VANUTE AND WOOLWORTHS THE DISTRICT FOR THE LOVELY AMAZING GIFT AND PREVIOUS AND FUTURE SUPPORT YOU HAVE AND WILL GIVE IN LOOKING AFTER ME . MERRY CHRISTMAS 🤶 🎄 TO ALL THANKS PETER

Horridly shady, maliciously discriminative and deceitful customer service on a Sunday evening by the male staff (appears to be of Indian/Pakistan background) at the service counter of Woolworths docklands. Unfamiliar at this Woolworths store, went to the last aisle for frozen (dessert, fish, vegetables etc), there was no chicken sign - it was hidden, I found it later. Male staff (likely indian/Pakistan background) at the frozen aisle directed me to the first aisle which which did not stock frozen boxed chicken. At desk checkout, I asked if my rewards card is scanned and he said yes. Then I attempted to pay with e-gift card at the service desk but it didn't work, then I input the code + pin which proceeded and worked. I had bonus points offers (both offers ends today), To my surprise my rewards cards didn't scan after payment and confronted staff, directed me customer service contact number. I couldn't refund or exchange via e-gift payment. Then the male staff said that he told me he that the rewards card was removed during e-gift card payment which is a deceitful lie and gas lighting - he never told me that my rewards card was removed or not scanned (clearly I reminded him) Wasted time, money and extra rewards points due to horrid customer service by the male staff and creating issues. I then decided to pay with a new transaction at the self-service checkout which successfully paid with egift and scanned my rewards card to earn rewards offer. i requested a female staff to print out the physical receipt. Horrible customer service experience created sigificant issue negates a potential 2 star review despite some staff providing service and no potential in-store refunds/exchanges with Woolworths e-gift card payment. Lots of errands and tasks to be done - It's past 10:15pm and I have to contact customer service (online or phone) tomorrow to rectify the issue that was negligently caused. Update 22/10/25: Great that customer support chat has appropriately compensated for the lost rewards points. It doesn't fix the major inconveniences with expenses, loss of time & health, forgone priorities and valued activities.

I always love shopping in woolworth as it's closer to my home. Unfortunately there is a staff member named PuJa who have refuse to assist me in paying the groceries I purchase she told me to go to the next cashier where infact no one is on the cue next to me and the other cashier have some people in the cue. I was begging her to assist me as I have a baby on the pram throwing tantrums and I already put my shopping on the bench for her to easily assist me. Staff named Puja is so rude told me to transfer to the other side and when I asked help to carry the shopping to other side she said No I can't help you ! until I have to raise my voice and ask is there any good customer service here ?? And then someone assisted me . And today the same situation happened and the staff member Puja refused again to assist me told me she can't help me and I explained there is no one else on the cue the other cashier is busy people lining up yet she gave me a bad look and said I can't help you! Such a shame bad attitude and laziness. I went to the other side of cashier as someone assisted me as I raise my voice out of frustration again. And I noticed that Puja is just standing in the cashier area like a mannequin instead of assisting customers. If ever you experience this with the same lady please speak up as this keeps an ongoing habit.

Clean, organised, 90 min free parking onsite. Fresh produce is "ok" (no way comparable to places like Victoria market or supermarkets in geographic competition with fresh food markets eg.. woolies in South Melbourne). Ask staff to open a serviced checkout if you have a lot of items as the self-service checkouts fail badly when you have a trolley full of purchases. Deli is a bit disappointing with limited range. Colocated on ground floor with asian supermarket, numerous fast food outlets... and a fabulous Italian style cafe/ restaurant / pasta vendor. Costco opposite but about to close and relocate in the western suburbs.

I normally shop out in the suburbs but this Woolworths tops them all. Well stocked, good prices, lots of items discounted, good array of items that are well laid out over the store. Isles are wide and provide good traffic delivery. Staff friendly. Agnes or Angela on the cash register great service. This store should be a g Flagship and model for all Woolworths state wide.
