The blokes and most of the staff were super helpful. However the help desk staff gave a suprisingly bad impression with the way they treated some of the customers. Some of the ladies were seemingly super confronting for no reason.

This evening around 7pm on Wednesday i came for the shopping. Only self checkouts worked. So... You don't have enough spase with them. Turn off your scales in a tray if you don't want to do comfortable space or workers need on the checkout tape. I need to be a builder to do shopping????? I don't have a white card so i can't to build a walls of food

Milkrun organisers/packers and people at service desk take way too long to pack and update customers about their orders.
I don't know why they can't seem to do things more quickly and efficiently like other Woolworths stores.

Repeatedly experienced rude and unprofessional behaviour at the service desk.
Staff have made discriminatory or verbally inappropriate remarks, which made the environment feel hostile.

I came here to pick up my Uber Eats order and had to wait for 20 minutes, which was very disappointing. The staff were slow and unprofessional, choosing to chat at the counter instead of assisting customers. On top of that, their attitude was quite rude, which made the experience even worse. I’ve never encountered such poor service at any Woolworths before.
