I’ve been shopping at Woolworths Cranbourne West for over four years, and the decline over the past 18 months has been obvious and unacceptable. The car park and surrounding areas are often filthy, with rubbish everywhere and trolleys abandoned all over the place. Out the front of the store it most often smells like piss, which is disgusting and completely off-putting before you even walk inside. The store feels poorly maintained and neglected, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. On top of that, the staff generally seem miserable and disengaged, which only adds to the poor experience. This store is clearly being badly managed and needs serious attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and staff morale.

Reasonable sized supermarket but with almost everything you would need for household. Finally I found the mango flavoured oats. Can’t find these anymore in Auckland. Layout is great. I liked the fresh flowers at the entrance. Gives you a great feeling before entering the market. There is plenty of parking available. Staff is good and helpful. In comparison to Auckland markets the self checkouts have cameras to check the transactions.

I have been a regular user of the Direct to Boot service at the Cranbourne West store for the past five years and have always appreciated the prompt and reliable service. Typically, I receive a text confirming my order is ready, arrive at the store, and collect within five minutes. The staff are usually efficient, know my order, and the process has always been seamless. However, I wish to bring to your attention a disappointing experience on Saturday, August 6th at 8:00pm. After receiving a text at 7:45pm that my order was ready, I arrived at 8:00pm and checked in. I could hear young staff laughing and mucking around in the back room. I waited 15 minutes! before anyone came out, during which time when they did come out, they were uncertain about who I was, what my order was, and even asked how many items were in my order. It took 22 minutes to figure out my order, and they brought out 4 items, i told them i have more than 4 items. It took them four separate trips to give my items. Given that my order was confirmed as ready at 7:45pm, this was surprising and very inconvenient. The group of young staff (one female and 4 males) continued joking around while trying to sort my order, which did not present as professional. I did not leave until 8:25pm! So far from the usual efficient experience I’ve come to expect from this service. This is the first time in five years I’ve experienced such poor service, and I felt it was important to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

Staff at deli were busy packing up for a day rather than serving customers.. when asked to call someone for help reply was β€œI am busy and staff who is serving is new …what you want” in rude manner. Other staff who was cleaning were asking her to serve customers but she ignored and continued packing.Walked away getting nothing after waiting more than 10 minutes.
