Dear Woolworths Customer Care,
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Woolworths delivery. My order did not arrive as expected, and instead I was given someone elseβs groceries. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to wait until 4 pm for the correct itemsβdespite placing my order the day before, specifically for breakfast. This delay made my order completely pointless and caused me significant inconvenience.
The customer service I received was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to offer any real solution. Waiting most of the day for an order that should have arrived hours earlier is unacceptable.
I expect the following:
1. An immediate refund for the undelivered order.
2. Credit or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
3. Assurance that this issue will be investigated so it does not happen again.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to reconsider shopping with Woolworths in the future.
I look forward to your swift response.

I have had multiple issue's with disrespectful staff at this store and after reading some of the reviews i am not surprised, i have complained to management and middle management about the conduct of there staff, pulling faces behind my back rude finger gestures behind my back and heckling aswell, totally disrespectful and un professional behaviour.
Nothing for almost two years has been done to help me out except alot of promises where nothing changes because the culture at this store is toxic.
If you hate your job people get another one and try to get yourselves happier because walking around being miserable and taking it out on other's is not acceptable, grow up.

Horrible experience with disrespectful workers. ill never come back to this place! i asked a worker (some young afghani kid) for help finding the cake mix, and struggled with the language barrier for a good 5 minutes. He was incredibly rude the entire time and at the very end when i asked for another worker who could speak english, he punched me square in the face!! ive since taken this up with the police and lodged a formal complain against this store. Avoid at all costs!!!

Dear Woolworths Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Woolworth Casey Central store on 2nd of July 2025
My friend and I were shopping with our 2 small children at this location when we were followed throughout the entire store by two individuals who we later understood to be undercover loss prevention staff. Their behaviour was intrusive and intimidating, to the point that we felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave the shopping centre without completing our shopping.
While we understand that loss prevention is a necessary part of store operations, being stalked openly and treated as suspects without cause is unacceptable. This experience left us feeling harassed, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed with the level of respect and customer care we received at your store.
It felt like we were being stalked
I request that Woolworths investigates this matter thoroughly and provides an explanation of why we were subjected to such treatment. Additionally, I would like to know what measures you will put in place to ensure other customers do not experience similar discomfort and unwarranted suspicion in the future.
I regularly shop here and this was horrible experience.
