Team are too busy talking and not focused on the customers. Order was wrong and I could even count the number of chips in the Go Bucket on my hands. Manager on duty 23.09.25 allowing this poor behaviour to happen. Place is dirty.

Brought home family feast, 3 boxes of chips were burnt & dry, original chicken pieces were burnt and inside was dry. Spoilt families dinner, only box of wicked wings was good. I was the manager to refund for the purchase.

I dont if I am unlucky or what but I usually buy wicked wings here and they usually pack away miss one piece for me :). they think we not gonna recheck again. my order was on 05 OCT 25, picked up at 8pm with 20 wicked wings. I always buy wicked wings and count every time after buying and usually miss one piece.

Spoke to Marylin about burger and hot and crispy chicken being dry and stale when last visited the store late at night 15 minutes before close time.should not give customers dry and stale food.reply was I need to bring or ring store straight away to get refund.while I was at store ordered a combo with small chips and the chips were stale, girl at front counter did not want to replace chips.after manager finally appeared then replaced chips .poorly trained staff,some are good and some are not up to kfc standard.i notice that all kfc stores are different in there standards depending on which staff are on (good or which are bad) .area manager must remove bad staff members that don't care about high standards and bring store down in ratings

Can’t even take a basic order. four piece chicken & unsalted chips. What did I get 2 pieces of chicken & so much salt on the chips it was sickening -& this is not the 1st time. Then when you tell them the order’s wrong the level of arrogance is incredible, you’re questioned as if YOU made the mistake ordering. Meanwhile they forget they repeat the order back to you.
