Absolutely ridiculous wait time.
Waited over 40 minutes for my order because the store was clearly severely understaffed. There was one girl working her absolute butt off, doing everything she could, while the place was overwhelmed. This is not on her at all — it’s on management for running a store with nowhere near enough staff.
To make it worse, the order was messed up multiple times, which just added to the delay and frustration. When people are waiting that long for fast food, something is seriously wrong.
Hungry Jack’s needs to stop cutting corners and staff their stores properly. It’s unfair on customers and even more unfair on workers who are left to deal with the fallout.

Absolutely impressed with the Hungry Jack’s in Keilor!
The store was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave a great first impression. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order came out quickly.
I had a Whopper burger and it was delicious and freshly made — juicy patty, fresh toppings, and the bun was perfectly toasted. You could really taste the difference in freshness compared to other fast food places.
Definitely one of the best Hungry Jack’s experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!

Firstly, what is wrong with this Hungry Jack’s.
3 issues I receive from this place.
The smallest one is they forgot to add aioli dipping sauce in the kids pack.
The other 2 issues are relatively big and for me really annoyed. Instead of giving me Bacon Gravy Jack’s Fried Chicken burger, what did they give me???? Beef burger!!!!! Does the meat look close anything to fried chicken???
The other one is my iced chai drink. Not only they forgot to add hazelnut syrup on my drink, their lid doesn’t close properly!!! It spilled everywhere in my car. What is wrong with you the employees? How are you all still employed there?

Just want a quick shout out to the morning crew 24/9/25. Good job dealing with entitled sods.
People please. It's a minimum wage job, it's breakfast on the go, it's not something to be rude to the staff (especially when they clearly told you there was a significant delay upfront).
And if you ARE inclined to think that fastfood staff should be like the commercials, then maybe make the effort to give a smile and a thank you? It's a tiresome job, show a bit of courtesy and respect.

well where do start,the last 3 times l have gone there they have not got my order correct.2 times in drive thru and didnt discover till l got home and today l asked 4 a hunger tamer $20+ and with my wife order they charged me $20.15 so l knew they had again not got it right and after the manager tried ( and failed) to fix the order and after telling her 5 times I WANT THE HUNGER TAMER MEAL and pointing out the issue l got my order well l thought once seated l saw no nuggets.my wife said she would again talk to them but l had had enough! worst hungry jacks in melbourne! so if you go there CHECK YOUR ORDER! they are bound to get it wrong!!!!oh and f.y.i.if u send a complaint 2 head office they dont give a shit just some generic responce.not happy and wont return
