Went to Drive Through at 7am. Person taking order wanted to be somewhere else. Kept getting our order wrong. Moved forward to pick up window. Again given incomplete order. Attitude from teenage staff was appalling. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Someone needs to teach these kids a bit of customer service. Won’t be back.

A simple request turned into an unnecessary problem due to poor customer service. After I made my payment, I politely asked for table service since I had my child with me. The manager responded rudely, saying I should have asked before paying. As a customer, I couldn’t have known the technical steps in their ordering system, nor should I be expected to. Her response was unprofessional and dismissive — not what you’d expect from a store manager. The system (and staff training) should allow for reasonable flexibility in cases like this, especially when customers have young children.

Made me wait 20 minutes for 3 McFlurrys, didn’t fill it up to the top and I was hungry. I asked for chocolate topping and they didn’t give me any. Lady was rude to me.

Went here for three ice creams, just some McFlurries and it took 30 minutes to get them, when we did they were half full, this place just terrible. Lowkey don’t come here iykyk. Maybe just get Taco Bell or smn if the have it here. Just don’t go here and save money lwk. Ice cream machine broken and allat but still got ice cream so that’s alright ig.
