They used to be a time where this store used to be great but now it’s gone way down hill it too busy rushing everyone through not helping anyone by taking their orders including people that are much older and don’t know how to use the machines and their prices have increased but their food has gone to shit it’s like the food we got was cooked yesterday and reheated today it’s definitely not worth it any more and not only that the last few times they have forget multiple things my order and I have had to go back. I don’t know what has happened but KFC need to go back to the way they used to be years ago

worst KFC I’ve been to. They’ve messed up my order every time I order- either no sauce, forgetting half the order, wrong items etc etc. Example: this ‘slider’ they gave me, genuinely came like this... I would advise u to double check ur order before leaving the drive through.

Service wasn’t great, with staff barely engaging and only nodding instead of speaking. However, the food was tasty and well-prepared, and the place was kept pretty clean, making it still a decent spot for a meal despite the lack of warmth in service.

So dirty! Not even busy and no one takes a minute to clean!
Too busy talking, came to eat in with my family but we couldn’t find a single clean table or floor area absolutely filth

Terrible service. Placed an order on the kiosk. It had my name on it. They called me and then they said it was for somebody else so I waited. Half an hour later they said they had already given me the order. I said no you haven’t and then they realised they gave it to the wrong person. Then they expected me to wait half an hour! What a terrible service. What a joke. This is what happens when you have kids that just come out of primary school doing jobs that sixteen year olds or older should be doing. At least they were competent enough to give me a refund.
