Slowest customer service I've ever experienced in any Woolworths store I've been to so far.
The milk run packers taking an EXTREMELY long time to do something that shouldn't take half as long, at a time when the store is almost completely empty (early morning hours, non-peak time). Not sure if they were short-staffed at the time or what but either way nobody seemed to be around to update me on anything. Definitely room for improvement.

Extremely bad bad service. Just only 2 months bought more than $10k but went 3 times to redeem coffee.NEVER CHANGED as many reasons like here only open until 4pm while other open until 5pm. Then 2nd and 3 rd time come back before 4pm BUT They said NO only me so I must close the coffee counter. I ASVISED THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS FOREVER SO NO ONE WASTED TIME WITH SUCH BAD EXCUSES AND SERVICE

Metro does not follow the Woolies catalogue, so if you see something on special online, it won't be on sale at metro. I wish the online catalogue specified this!

I visited on Friday afternoon and had an amazing latte made by Emily. You could truly taste the love she put into it, and her smile brightened my day. The customer service was exceptional, and I would definitely request Emily for my coffee again 🥰☕️

5 stars to Noah such a friendly and kind guy, who every morning say Good morning with a smile that you can see behind the mask. He makes a great coffee and never burn the Ham, cheese and tomato toastie. However, I have to give 2 stars at the supermarket because even if it is clean and small, it has limited range of products and I never find what I am looking for.
