Asked for a magic, paid $6.50. Very weak and tasteless with no foam. I went and asked if it was a double ristretto given it was quite weak and I was told quite curtly it’s a triple ristretto. And that was that. Dont really go to Starbucks unless it’s my only option and I always think surely an organisation this big, who’s only job is to make coffee, would have worked out how to do it properly. And I’m always surprised how wrong I am.

I went to Starbucks with my son around 3:30pm today.
The staff taking our order was so friendly that it really lifted my mood.
A male staff member took our order, and he was incredibly friendly. I forgot to ask his name, but he was the one taking our order. He really does his job very well.
The indoor temperature was just right, and the place was packed, which created a nice atmosphere.
The drinks and food were also delicious.
At that time, the sunlight was shining strongly, but the attentive staff noticed and thoughtfully lowered the sunshade for the customers.
The detailed care and service seemed even better than before.
I will definitely continue to visit in the future.

I visited this café at 7:53 pm on 16th September 2025 and ordered a cold brew and an iced latte.
From the beginning, the service was disappointing. The cashier was busy texting on his phone, hiding it under the fridge and pretending to be working. When I finally got his attention, he asked for my order in an impolite manner that made me feel like I was being interrogated rather than served.
The drinks themselves were no better. I received my coffee within seconds of ordering, which suggested they were pre-made and not freshly prepared. The iced latte in particular looked and tasted as if the coffee shots had been made long ago. I also never heard the coffee machine in use during my time there, which confirmed my impression.
To make matters worse, the area behind the coffee machine looked unclean and neglected, as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the start of the shift.
I used to come here quite often, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

Nice place. Opens early in the morning and closes late. Spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. However, like most Starbucks, the drinks are always tooooooo sweet even when I ask for the same sweetness level. 😅

Love the matcha-misu from Starbucks, and this branch always makes it well. They also do a great edition of the iced Matcha latte too. Ive never had any issues with the drive thru - I usually get my drink pretty quickly (though it can be busy sometimes).
