I ordered burgers in a meal with a slice of cheese for each burger .i got burgers with no cheese and when i asked they say no you didn’t order cheese then they added cheese to the same burger it is not a big deal . The staff members were very angry they didn’t say anything but their faces say everything.also no drinks we had to ask about the drinks again.. very unprofessional behaviour from them this was our first and last time visiting this place.

I broke a 7 year maccas fast to eat here out of necessity last week. And boy did I regret it. Whilst the chips were ok my cheese burgers and nuggets tasted like I was eating the plastic toys outta the happy meal. Negative 5 stars. I hereby pledge to never eat McDonald’s again. Take that Ronald!

Worst customer experience. Always prioritising drive thru ignoring customer in store. Chatting behing the counter sipping their coffees rather than taking orders. Pathetic customer service. Made 1 coffee out of 4 i ordered. Then made me wait for 8 minutes. Coz barista staff started makimg drive thru orders which were clearly on the screen after my order. When i requested to serve me n finish my order first, staff yelled back saying I am rude.. Shame on the store manager who has not trained their staff properly.

I went through the drive-thru at Kew McDonald's about 20 minutes ago and was absolutely disgusted to find a fried fly in my food. I only noticed after taking a few bites, which made the experience even worse. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
I wouldn’t trust eating here again. If you care about cleanliness, or even the basic requirement of quality checking I’d recommend avoiding this place.
