I went to pick up my online order and stopped at the information desk. The girl there was gossiping on the phone instead of acknowledging me. After she finished her call, I told her that I was there for my order. She replied, “We are very busy, so just hang on for a moment.” I understand that they were busy, but she could have said it in a more polite way. She was very rude.

I had reported below zero star, specifically for the front staff lady (curly hair) (date:-28/11/2025, Time 12:05pm. She literally using aggressive language with customers who paid via cash method with her. I had reported to upper Woolworths representative customer service! Felt disappointed throughout shopping experience!

Disgusting customer service today 12/11/25. Told I handed my bag for packing too late so ‘you need to pack it yourself’ all this while I was trying to get network service to use my card. Her attitude was arrogant, unkind and rude. She did the same thing to the elderly lady after me. Too much of a hurry. Reported to the manager not sure it will be rectified as the elderly lady told me she had encountered the same server before and she was rude and arrogant. Terribly unkind. Disgusting - would choose Coles over this Woolworths. Stay away from this dreadful place. Reading the reviews looks like a pattern. Do woollies even care?

I’ve encountered that the staffs in self serve checkout were not helping at all, i ended up canceled my grocery since i can’t be bothered. For example, when the eft post didn’t accept my card (through tap), the staff didn’t suggest to move to other machine/cashier, instead blamed me and left me with the issue. And other previous bad experience as well. The management seriously need to train the staffs correctly in how to do customer service. The staffs from this branch mostly are from same background, they need to learn better customer service.
