OMG. This KFC is the most disgusting filthy KFC shop i have ever entered. Who ever the store manager or regional Manager of this place needs to be marched out the door. Every table was filthy with left overs left on the table. If you wanted to dine in nope too filthy. I found only one small table clean enough to eat off next to the window in the sun that was clean only because it was the table with the hot sun shining on it so obviously no body sat there. I walked up to the girl at the counter and said to her can someone please clean a table as Every table was filthy. She just apologised and went back to putting drinks in the fridge and anything else except clear any tables or ask any other staff to do it. Every bin was spilling out full as well. Every where you looked was disgusting and needed a clean, even the floors. The KFC sign banner out the front is half fallen down and hanging. Customer service 0/10

Put a broom through the place and hire staff that actually care about the place they work in and the customers they serve. Will never eat from here again after this experience 0/10

Told by staff the original recipe chicken was sold out. Only 6 pieces . But this 6 pieces is not fair for me as well .one drumstick 5 small wings !!!

Earlier today, my order cost $30. When the staff said they didn’t have tenders or strips and offered 3 Wicked Wings instead, I thought that was to replace each missing item, not the whole order.
Later that night, I placed another order in the app at 10:25 pm and drove to the store. When I arrived at 10:30 pm, it said the store was closed and couldn’t take the order — but it still charged me. The store closes at 11 pm, so I should’ve been notified before driving down.
Also, last month I accidentally ordered from the Rowville store, received a refund, and then the same amount was taken back the next day.
Between both issues, I’ve lost $42 and paid $30 for just 3 Wicked Wings. Please review and refund the missing amounts.

My regular KFC almost always have fresh and tasty food. Very rarely will chips be unseasoned. Chicken is tasty. Service is quick 9/10 times. Very few issues with this KFC.
