I visited Hungry Jack’s at 9:40 PM, even though the store closes at 11 PM. My group politely asked if we could dine in for just 10 minutes and ordered only five coffees, which would take less than five minutes to prepare.
Instead of assisting us, the staff refused in a rude manner, without offering any proper reason. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome, despite the fact that it was well before closing time and our order was very simple.
This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. Hungry Jack’s should treat customers with more respect and professionalism.

Not good. I'm disappointed with the service. The drive thru speaker person cannot communicate properly. I recently experienced poor communication when picking up an online order through the drive thru and they weren't familiar with it at all. No manners too

Most of the time I come there and get my order made very quickly. But sometimes, including today, at this time I've come there and they havent even started my online order. Its useless. It was 10mins from the time i ordered 2 wraps and a coffee. They didnt start making the order until i arrived. The point if an online order is to soeed things up. Youd have one job. Please focus on it. Sack the rude and useless manager on now or demote her till she learns how to make an order on the screen and stop her personal call instead of be rude. No other manager does this pnly her. Next time she does this I wint move from the waiting bay.

Went through the drive thru, was sent to the waiting bay to basically rot. Had to go in the store to recover our food after waiting 15 minutes. Gave the kids meals and our food all in the 1 bag. Had to go back in to ask for the boxes the meals should come in so the kids could eat them in the car on our drive (not our local area). Server was apologetic but seriously sat and watched food delivery drivers come and go served ahead of us. Bags of food would come to the counter, I would think surely these are ours finally, but no. Really poor service in the drive thru. Do not recommend stopping here.

I would give zero stars if I could. Restaurant was very quiet with only a couple of other people dining. Ordered our meals using the automated ordering system. Food came out fairly quickly in takeaway paper bag even though we were dining in. I politely requested napkins from the female server as there were none in the bag. The expression on her face made me feel that I was asking for too much. The young man working must have noticed her expression and grabbed some napkins himself and placed them in the bag and apologised. We then made our way to a certainly not clean, but the cleanest table in the restaurant. Had to use the napkins to the wipe down the table and seats. Then we both sat down to a cold burger and cold chips that looked like they had been cooked an hour ago. Each burger had one small slice of tomato, next to no lettuce and they too were terrible. As we sat there, we noticed there was rubbish left on the tables and floor in several places and drink spillage in front of a bin. We were disgusted with what we had seen and I couldn't eat my meal, wondering if that's what the dining area was like, what sort of dirty state would the kitchen have been in. Trying to throw our rubbish out was another problem as the only two bins in the restaurant were overflowing with rubbish. I had to force the rubbish into the bin, leaving the bin flaps wide open and unable to close. I then went to the mens toilets and they were putrid. The only cubicle toilet was disgusting with faeces still in the bowl and urine all over the seat and floor. The mens urinal was also filthy, with urine , as were the floor in front of the urinal. The sinkvwas also filthy and the floor civered in water.... or was it urine??? This restaurant, or should I call it, dine in toilet, is a disgrace. There is a level of standard required and this restaurant failed in every respect.....tragically!! I have taken photographs and will be lodging a formal complaint to the appropriate agencies.
