After trying to order 2 time on the drive thru and still not able to have our order done right as the staff keep doing it wrong. We had to yell at the microphone so that they put our order right. When we got to the payment the order was still wrong. After correction it and paid. At the pick up point they still manage to do the order wrong and forgot to add the patty in the mc chicken. Then they gave us only one of the drink which was taste less. We told them they syrup is out and that we are still waiting for the other drink... They took the drink added ice and gave us 1 drink... We had to again remind them we are still waiting for the large coke. When they finally gave us the drink it's was THE SAME FREAKING TASTE LESS SYRUP LESS SODA WATER INSTEAD OF THE COKE....PLS retrain Ur staff

Disappointing and unacceptable.
The disabled toilet was unavailable because staff had lost the key!? My participant struggled to use a standard toilet. Access is a basic human right and people with disability deserve dignity.
This situation was unacceptable and needs urgent attention.

Great! I actually dropped my meal, and they immediately replaced it. Plus, I like the fact they provide charging points for the phone where some other places have removed them. Good Macca's this one?

Came through drive thru to get a soft serve (for someone else) so I asked for a holder - the staff then give me an ice cream holder thatβs flat so then I had to hold the ice cream cone AND the useless ice cream holder with one hand as I drive for another 10 mins.

We were served by Dung, she was very helpful, patient and served us all with a smile. Incredible service. The only other time we received this kind of Incredible service was from Kat in Derrimut. So good we had to write a review for both. Thanks so much ladies, wish there were clones of you at Mecca's.
