Two days in a row, missing fries. Very frustrating experience. I placed an order on the first day just because I was really craving fries. I specifically ordered a large fries. But when the food arrived, the fries were completely missing. I was so disappointed. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they never gave it to me. The next day, I still couldn’t stop thinking about those fries I didn’t get to eat, so I placed another order. This time I even ordered two large fries to make up for it. And guess what? They still only gave me one. Two days, two orders, and both times they messed it up. I contacted customer service again, and this time all they did was offer me a dessert voucher.

Ordered a take away. How is this a burger when it only has patties in a box.. jeez guys. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the whole new burger world.

I guess half full large fries is better than the lack of fries with the other meal. How do you miss the fries from a meal??

Ordered 2 Sausage & Egg McMuffins this morning and got charged $18.20 — but as shown in the photo, there was no egg at all. Staff were unhelpful, speaking like a robot with zero empathy. Poor service and no accountability completely ruined my morning. There’s nothing I could do because clearly, they don’t care. Very disappointing.

Been to this McDonald’s recently it’s a good spot for a late night snack or late night meal. Coming to the customer in flow, it’s not that busy in the late night and you can order your food via drive-through or inside the McDonald’s. There’s plenty of parking available outside and as well as there is a parking spot for McDonald’s as well washroom are open and can be used at any time. I noticed the washroom weren’t so clean but that’s the case with every McDonald’s.
