Dear Owner, I am writing to formally complain about an unpleasant experience I had at your shop. I purchased a coconut from your store, only to discover that it was spoiled and unfit for consumption. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, instead of receiving an apology or assistance, I was told to call the company of coconut and make complaint behalf of you. As a customer, I expect basic food quality standards to be maintained and respectful behavior when raising a genuine concern. Selling spoiled products is a serious issue, and responding rudely only worsens the situation. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better quality control and customer service in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed. Sincerely,

Great supplies for Indian cooking together with a freshly cooked counter of traditional north and South Indian food. In house seating is available. Always polite service. And some good deals available. The only issue is there isn’t a branch in the lower western suburbs like Truganina. My friends have to travel too far!

Great selection of Indian and SriLankan groceries but the best part is the large selection of ready to go curries and sides. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Keep up the great work

So lucky to have received 2 massive pieces of goat meat and 1 tiny piece of bone in the goat biriyani, with the complimentary hair! All fed to my binπŸ—‘οΈπŸ€€

My favourite indian store. One stop shop for most of the trad pantry items and lots of frozen options. Usually easy to get street parking. Open upto pretty late in the day. Small dine in option available. Food is awesome but on the spicier end.
