What a feast!! The seafood platter was incredible. The flavours in everything were amazing. I’ve had many seafood platters that are quite bland but this isn’t one of them. Well worth the money!

I have been here a while ago and i was recommended by a mate to try this restaurant again as it has new owners. I was there and saw a lady behind the counter, probably was in the midst of doing something. So i waited in front of her-waited to be seated. We had our seats and order our food. I ordered my meal- fisherman’s platters and ribs and wings for my son. I asked if the seafood is fresh, yes was her reply ( pretty much, i was telling her or implying to her, that i expected freshness in my seafood. In my order, it states that king prawns, scallops, fish and etc. i was disappointed when i was served. The prawns was not king prawns. They served me with smaller size prawns, the calamari rings were soft not fresh, the two mussels texture not fresh, the fried white baits fish…..overall the seafood was not fresh. My son’s meal- ribs and wings, is below average. I had a bite on the rib n chicken meat too. I wanted to raise it with the waiter but was stopped by my son as he doesn’t want to unwanted attentions . So i will juz drop in my views or feedbacks.

Food was great and friendly staff. They accommodated us with no booking, but usually a booking is required. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Today I had one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I made a confirmed table reservation for four people at around 10.45 am for 1pm to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We arrived early, around 12.30pm and asked if we could be seated, as a few tables were empty. We were politely refused and asked to return at our booking time, as they needed to finish serving the customers who were already dining. When we returned at 1 pm we noticed uncomfortable looks from a few customers (for the second time), Ignoring this, we waited to be seated. A staff member who appeared to be of Indian ethnic background repeatedly refused to seat us, claiming there were no tables available, even after I showed proof of our reservation. She suggested the booking may have been made recently and said she could not take us in. After I showed her the time the booking was made, she said she needed to check with the kitchen to see if we could be accommodated. Another young staff member, who appeared to be from the same background and was wearing glasses, approached us politely and seemed confused by the refusal. After speaking with the other staff member, she eventually seated us at a table near the restroom. However, it was clear that the other staff member was unhappy that we had been seated. As a south Asian, we were surprised and deeply hurt by what felt like racist behavior from this staff member, especially given that we are from similar ethnic backgrounds. Because of this uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, we were unable to enjoy what was meant to be a special birthday lunch for my mother, and we decided not to have the lunch and leave without escalating the matter. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Our server was very attentive. Food took some time but was very nice especially the lamb cutlets.
