ordered a McDouble Chicken and a McDouble spicy Burger large meal, which should come with two large fries. Instead, I only received one large fries, and the other box was empty — just a large fries box placed on top with nothing inside. This was really disappointing, especially since I paid for both meals. Please check orders carefully before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with missing items like this.

This was astronomical, beautiful amazing. The chips were very salty tangy twist when the frappe was a little chocolatey mist, and the burger was just perfectly round.

This is the only Mcdonalds I trust to consistently deliver a good chocolate thickshake. They've never handed me a bland or unflavoured, white shake and gaslighted me by saying all the chocolate is in the bottom and will mix in if I stir it. Never less than light brown with distinct chocolate flavour, and sometimes you'll receive a rich brown shake with amazing chocolate flavour.

⚠️Attention to the Owner of This McDonald’s
I’ve been a customer of this McDonald’s for many years. Unfortunately, my visit today was extremely disappointing.
During dinner time, I ordered table service and was the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant, seated at a table with a bassinet pram. Despite waiting for 10 minutes (I checked the clock), no one brought my order. When I approached the front counter, the young waitress—clearly underage—had a sour expression and no smile. After calling the manager, I encountered an equally rude attitude.
The manager even accused me of not being at my seat. Later, when he realised that he had gone to the wrong table, he didn’t offer any explanation or apology. How could one miss the only customer with a big pram?
If he had simply explained politely or not shown such impatience, I wouldn’t have said a single word to his staff. When I mentioned the manager’s behavior to this teenager waitress, she quickly defended him and reported back, which made the experience even more frustrating. It’s clear that poor management leads to a poor team culture. There was no genuine apology, and the manager even fluctuated on offering a refund, showing how they misused his small authority.
The parents of these teenage staff members should really come and observe how this manager behaves and how their kids are being influenced. I believe parents don’t send their children to work in hospitality just to earn a bit of pocket money, but to help them develop a sense of service, communication skills, and respect for others. It seems your kids are only learning to show attitude to customers and to flatter the manager here.
Go just a few minutes away to Eastland’s Kmart — the teenagers there are so helpful, polite, and professional. Compared to them, the young staff at this McDonald’s seem to be in a completely different world.
I also remember a previous manager — the friendly chubby musician — who was fantastic, and his whole team was wonderful. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed.
Overall, this visit was extremely frustrating, and I sincerely suggest the owner to get rid of this manager and get a better one to train your teenager staff.
