Turns out they "forgot" to load them with the driver, and I can go back and get them, or wait for them to organise another driver.
This is not rocket science, Woolworths!
Get your processes sorted out so you can actually deliver what people order, when they order it, without them having to spend hours on the phone and online chasing to find out what happened!

Sandra at the checkout, she's the most lovely friendly person ever. I watched her deal with other customers with a warm welcoming smile.Before she began, she politely asked if I mind how heavy the bags are. Of course I don't mind, as it means fewer bags to carry.
The store is well presented and easy to navigate. Plenty of parking out the front.

Noticed St Helena is not carrying normal products such a bushells tea is now only in 50 bag box costing same as 100 bags. Slot of items are being downsized + top dollar prices added. Fruit are seconds at top dollar prices. Sun burn or mark on fruit are seconds which means supermarket buys for about 15 cents to 50 cents per fruit and we are charged like international fruits. Unfair to consumers. They can not fool those who come from sheppartons fruit growing areas: seconds are sold straight to public. Shame on you woolworths shame shame shame. Don't charge me for A grade fruits when they are seconds. Don't downsize products and sell them for full size packaging. We will just shop elsewhere

Just came back to the store today when I havenβt been in a while, a sweet girl helped me and took her time with me while I found my things and offered even more help. She has dark hair I couldnβt see her name. Amazing store also, super clean

It's my go to store. Great customer service; Justin in fruit & veg, person explaining how alternative scanning system functions and young girl assisting self check outs. Just sad that the Butcher is no longer part of the store. The expertise from Bruno and the affordable cuts were incredibly helpful for someone finding confidence in the kitchen. Might stick to click and collects in future.
