Shocked at just how bad this was. As soon as I walked in, I had to pry my shoe off the floor with an audible sticky ‘squelch’ sound. I ordered my food, which to their credit was very quick. But then I had to wander around the store looking for the cleanest table, of which none stood out. Various crumbs, lettuce and chips adorned most tables and chairs. I ended up sitting at the 8 seater table, which I felt bad taking, but it was the ‘cleanest’ as at least the table was wiped down. Still covered in streaks though.
No hate to the staff however the cleanliness seems like a major management issue. Hygiene standards should have been addressed as soon as the first negative Google review came through. I’m shocked at how many entries list the messy, sticky floor. It seems like it’s been an ongoing issue for months. Are you supporting your staff properly? Is adequate PPE being provided? Does this store even have a mop?

Filthy dirty as you walk in the door, all bins over flowing ,floor is absolutely disgusting and greasy...with split lettuce and chips...tables covered in rubbish, other tables look like they have been wiped by sticky dirty cloth... Forget about toilet "ITS A DISASTER" filthy and no toilet paper....
Disgusting disgraceful place.
Responsibles need to step in for safety of customers.

Ordered a larger zinger box with wicked wings and added 3 extra wings. The drive thru staff hand me the box and said all wings are in the box. Turns out it was missing 1 wing when I opened the box at home.

Absolutely worse KFC you could find. Order box of chicken pieces are all so tiny. Chicken is constantly dry, or reheated that much it is almost inedible. As for the staff they all look about 14 and have no idea what customer service is. They are rude 90% of the time and will look at you in the eye and say your order is fresh when it clearly is not. Chips are usually cold. Been going to this store for years because it is convenient but it has deteriorated to the point of it cannot get any worse. The KFC at The Glen and Springvale are just so much better, food is good staff are pleasant. Well worth the extra few minutes. Asked young person at window if my order was fresh as it had not been last week. He said just cooked I asked are you sure, he said yes. When I opened the order it was clearly very dry. We managed to eat 3 drumsticks which were ok. I rang the store spoke to someone who told me to bring food back. As if I was going to do that late Friday afternoon. That will be the last time we buy anything at KFC Brandon Park.
The pics show where we went to eat the piece but was simply so dry and tough. The breast piece was so small I thought it was a wing. Please do not offer to contact you and you will make it up as you do to other reviews the food is so bad we do not want any more.

Live near by. Visit several times. The drive through services is really bad. Nk one care you. Let you freeze here for more than 10 minutes and no one service you. Went to McDonald finally. This happens two times. Never come back again
