Seems like this store is a bit all over the place. I ordered a Big Brekkie Burrito meal to pick up via Drive-Thru. I received my drink correctly and they gave me another drink which wasn't part of my order. I told them I had already received my tea. They insisted it was mine. The drink they insisted was mine was a hot chocolate which was completely different to my order. It belonged to another person. I repeated that I already received my drink.
I then received my order and the burrito looked really small. I went inside the store and told asked them to confirm if it was a Big Brekkie Burrito. They said yes and it just looks small because of how it was wrapped. I accepted the explanation and went back to my car. I started eating and to my disappointment, it wasn't even chorizo. It was bacon.
I went back into the store and told them that my order was incorrect. They told me they were going to remake it. I had to wait longer because they didn't have any hash browns left. While waiting, I heard one staff tell one of the other staff, that if the order says "Big Brekkie Burrito", then she needs to use the bigger wrap instead of the smaller one.
I finally received my burrito and can confirm that this burrito was bigger than the other one. I advised the staff of my concern but they said it's just how the person prepares the burrito which is fair, but I can't be sure now because if they can't get the basics right, how can I trust them?
I'd be concerned if someone had dietary requirements in their food/drink and the staff got something as simple as a drink and meat incorrect for my order.

I’ve ordered a few times from this place off Uber. Each time there’s been something missing from the order and the portion sizes have been ridiculously small. Here’s a photo of today’s orders with the generous serving of one chip, barely any pico de Gallo. The nachos are missing the guacamole. Usually don’t have issues with Guzman but this specific location needs better management and staff training.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a bit of a rustic theme to it. Though that's probably the only good part about it.
The restaurant itself was quite dirty despite the many staff in site just standing around talking despite it being a quiet Thursday. Furthermore, it was rather confusing as to how to order, as staff were not actively at their order stations.
When the food was received, the rice was undercooked, and the actual burrito was highly soggy. There was little to no meat inside as well, as if someone had packed it with 90% rice. They also didn't put much sauce at all.
Wouldn't recommend this place, instead go to the fish and chip shop, they have good quality food and are fast and reasonably priced.

They make the food fast and it quite delicious imo.
Some of my friends don't like it cuz its not fully authentic mexican food but I think its alright, defo better than having fast food.
Despite being a busy outlet, they try to delivery the food on time.

I have ordered from here many times over the past few years . The last 3 times I have ordered the portion sizes have dropped dramatically. There is now hardly any mince meat and the amount of salsa and other vegetables is about a third of what it used to be more like a sprinkling. There were 3 corn chips included in the burrito bowl when previously there were more
GYG used to be good. It’s gone downhill fast
