The service here is never great, but when going through the drive through and you see mould growing on old food that has been dropped near the window, it really makes you wonder how clean the shop is especially when pointing it out to the staff member and she's says well it's not my job to clean it and walks away

I went to this McDonald’s with my Grandkids at 2.30 pm.
It was not busy.
The toilets were disgusting, I would have to guess they had not been cleaned since the morning. My grandchild had to use the toilet so I proceeded to grab the mop outside to at least sweep up the mountains of toilet paper on the floor in all the cubicles. The manager came then to sweep up but put all the toilet paper into the cafe bin. This is unhygienic. He should have proceeded to put all that rubbish in the bin outside outside, not where there was any food. No hands washed after cleaning the toilet. He cleaned One toilet when they all needed doing. After two more times of me complaining for the sake of all the other customers using the facilities, the manager, who was probably all of 22 years old himself, got the staff ( who were standing around laughing and joking) to finally come out from their counters and start cleaning the debris on the floor.
Never will I go there again. .

Because this store is close to my home, it is convenient for me, so I have ordered from this McDonald’s five or six times already. Sometimes I ordered dine-in, sometimes drive thr. However, I have noticed that staff training at this store is consistently inadequate.
Either the chicken nuggets are missing the sauce, or the wrong items are put into my order. I have also bought socks here twice before, and both times the staff gave me the wrong size. Every time this happens, I have to lodge a complaint online, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Regardless of whether your staff are young or long-term employees, proper training should be a basic requirement. Please take staff training seriously. This kind of experience seriously affects customers’ overall impression of the McDonald’s brand.

Really dull and miserable environment. We went at 9 in the morning during school holidays for breakfast. Food came out 10 minutes before the hot drinks; in which there was no communication about the delay. Staff appear to be lifeless and don’t acknowledge customers up at the service counter. Most tables dirty and need a good wipe, as do chairs. Playground has rubbish everywhere. No TV’s or music on for ambience. Definitely not worth $60 for 3 people given the experience. It’s unlikely for me to give negative reviews especially for fast food places when there are lower expectations however this was a complete let down.

A mediocre experience at this Maccas. Been here plenty of times and they consistently find ways to deliver a sub par experience. Service below par, don’t want to talk, smile or even greet ya. Wraps not wrapped properly. Barista coffee served in take away cups (picture shows glass). Plenty of parking and great location. The layout is pretty good with a very spacious interior (now tiring). Overall 3/5
