Woolworths Cranbourne East ( Hunt Club)

My experience was pretty good very convenient to have Aldi Woolworths and a pretty decent pizza place so close to each other This is our go to place for most things.

The first thing you'll notice about this location, is the absolutely mental carpark layout. It requires cooperation and consideration when coming & going if other cars are about. It won't take long to notice the amount of vicious speed humps either. Once inside the store, you have to pay for a trolley. Of the list of items I had to get, two of the main components for meals were out of stock. Very annoying having to come up with a Plan B on the spot. To finish on a good note, the staff I had interactions with were very helpful and great examples of textbook customer service.

We have been coming to this woolworths since it started. But now it's gone worst. Poor customer service, yes kids need to work as well but need to be trained how to respect customers. I have reported to management many times and even filled up the survey as well. When i approached the checkout operator Anu, he was very disrespectful, rather than greeting us, he stood there chewing his chewing gum and didn't even look at us, scanning the stuff and the whole area was full of stuff and he didn't help in packing, so eventually i had to start packing up. After paying he didn't asked me for receipt and started serving the other customer. I think that was too rude. Today i thought it's time to put a review after this has hapened several times with the young staff. Hopefully they can train the staff well so that they can have a bit of a smile on the face and can serve customers well.

Customers will appreciate a smile and great, not coming behind and check. Really unpleasant when asking for receipts for other purchases in a dirty manner.

We first dropped into ALDI and picked up most of what we wanted but missed out on one product which we needed so we thought that we'd check out Woolies. Well, we were pleasantly surprised, it had the item we needed. It's a great store, very clean and well stocked, and provides great customer service.
